How Do You Connect Healthy Living With Your Natural Ability To Cure A Disease?

You're on the brink of a vast expanse of unknown and uncharted territory. Take your vitamins: Take vitamins before and during pregnancy. The ball is in your court, no one is going to follow you around and make sure you do it right.

Like a worn out recording, I say again, dieting is not exactly rocket science. I am a pretty simple guy who hates keeping track of numbers. I think healthy living boils down to a few simple rules when it comes to diet. And I do not believe those rules change all that much regardless of whether one wants to gain weight or lose weight.

Sleep is a great way to stay healthy. A lack of sleep will negatively affect your health in many ways. The University of Chicago heart research team reported that lack of sleep causes heart disease.

This is why I believe it is great to quiet and calm things down. Don't be afraid to juice fast for a few days. Try a "5-day high-fiber cleanse" to reconnect with your own health. Don't listen to your friends who will scream "starvation" and swear you are going to lose pounds of muscle. Muscle doesn't disappear overnight, and starvation is when you have NO food, not when you go on a modified fast that provides nutrients but gives you the ability to break out of a Useful healthy habits cycle of cravings and self-abuse that modern, processed foods create.

Adapt workouts in your lifestyle: Miracle pills and fad programs do not really work. Once you practice workout three days in a week you will feel the difference.

Health Issues: Little, if any thought is given to this area until something problematic happens later down the road. Make healthy living a life style. For instance, it is futile to lose weight to help you attract a mate only to pile it back on when you achieve your objective. This is particularly true for women. Short term measures are counterproductive when looking at the long term picture. Healthy living includes all the things we put into our bodies, minds and emotions.

Keep your weight in a Healthy living advice range. Being obese or overweight is hard on your heart. The larger your body the more blood flow you need. Your heart enlarges to compensate for weight and this leads to heart diseases and issues.

"Prevention is better than Cure". So make sure that you give your pets their baths regularly every week. Keep your house clean and dry and you will never be bothered by the flea problem.

These 5 guidelines are just a start. In the following weeks, I will look at each topic in depth and give more specific advice. Until then, work on following the above rules and you will soon feel healthier.
